Ferromolybdenum is an amorphous metal additive in the production process and has several excellent properties that are transferred to zinc alloys. The main benefit of ferromolybdenum alloy is its hardening properties, which make the steel weldable. The characteristics of ferromolybdenum make it an extra layer of protective film on other metals, making it suitable for various products.

The application of ferromolybdenum lies in the production of ferroalloys depending on the molybdenum content and range. It is suitable for machine tools and equipment, military equipment, refinery tanks, load-bearing parts and rotating exercises. Ferromolybdenum is also used in cars, trucks, locomotives, ships, etc. In addition, ferromolybdenum is used in stainless and heat-resistant steels that are employed in synthetic fuel and chemical plants, heat exchangers, generators, refinery equipment, pumps, turbine tubes, ship propellers, plastics and acid, and within steel for storage vessels. Tool steels have a high proportion of ferromolybdenum range and are used for high speed machined parts, cold work tools, drill bits, screwdrivers, molds, chisels, heavy castings, balls and rolling mills, rollers, cylinder blocks, piston rings and large drill bits.

Alloys that meet the standard requirements have a microcrystalline structure and a matte cross-section. If there are bright small star points on the cross section of the alloy, it indicates that the sulfur content is high, and the cross section is shiny and mirror-like, which is a sign of high silicon content in the alloy.

Packaging, storage and transportation: The product is packed in iron drums and ton bags. If the user has special requirements, the storage and transportation can be agreed upon by both parties. The storage must be stable and stable, and the supplier can handle the consignment. Ferromolybdenum is delivered in blocks.
