Silicon metal is silver gray or dark gray powder with metallic luster, which be of high melting point, good heat resistance, high resistivity and superior oxidation resistance, which is a very important industrial product can be used in steel-making, cast iron, aluminum (aviation, aircraft & automobile parts production), and silicon optoelectronic device and many other industries. It's made from quartz and coke in electric heating furnace smelting products. The main ingredient of silicon content is about 98%. The rest of impurities is iron, aluminum and calcium etc.

Application:
1) Improve the heat resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance in refractory material and power metallurgy industry
2) Basic raw material that high polymer of organic silicon formatting.
